  • Service is performed immediately upon file upload
  • All files are automatically deleted within seconds after processing
  • No ongoing software license or digital goods are provided
  • No user accounts, data storage or persistent access granted

2.2 Immediate Service Delivery

Our service begins immediately upon file upload. This means:

  • No cooling-off period applies once processing starts
  • Service is consumed instantly during the conversion process
  • Digital processing cannot be "returned" or "undone"
  • Results are delivered within minutes of purchase

3. Informed Consent & Risk Acknowledgment

Before completing any purchase, you must confirm that you understand and accept all risks associated with automated file conversion.

4. EU Consumer Rights Waiver

For EU customers: By purchasing our service, you provide express consent to immediate service delivery and explicitly waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Direct Payment Provider Contact: Payment processing issues should be addressed directly with our payment providers as they have immediate access to transaction records and refund systems.

  • Duplicate charges due to technical payment processing errors
  • Unauthorized charges due to payment processor failures
  • Incorrect package charged (e.g., Pro charged instead of Starter)

If payment provider cannot resolve: Forward their response to convertpro.app@gmail.com for escalation.

5.2 Complete Service Failure

  • Service completely non-functional immediately after purchase
  • Technical system failures preventing any access to upload interface

5.3 Refund Process for Exceptions

  1. For payment processing errors: Contact payment provider directly
  2. For complete service failures:
    • Contact convertpro.app@gmail.com with proof of failure
    • We will verify the issue and authorize refund with payment provider
    • Refund executed through payment provider's system
  3. Processing time: Investigation and refund processing may take up to 21 calendar days from initial contact, depending on payment provider requirements
  4. Provide transaction ID, detailed error description and any relevant screenshots
